On etech 2007 Arthur Benjamin did a show about mathemagic. It was really cool to see how quick he could do ‘his numbers’. In the end he blamed it on his ‘mispent youth’. Funny guy!

Another talk at etech07 was about the webservices Amazon is offering. The presentation was a bit high on marketing, but the idea is still pretty cool. There are three services: storage (S3), computing (EC2) and messaging (SQS).
