Interesting short interview with Jason Fried, where he gives some insight into his company (37signals). I believe in the approach of a small team. Also he talks about working together is staying away from eachother, as proximity can slash productivity.

Great example of how to save a project. Sometimes the solution lies in changing something that impresses everybody, like opening up an oxygen supply and people can breath again. In this case it’s about adding a ‘cool cam’ to a war flysim game.

Why reinvent the wheel every time you need to lay out a webpage in CSS. This is a great starting point. Based on work from Eric Meyer and the Typogrify project. Looks easy to get some basic stuff done.

This looks very cool. It is a wordpress theme that makes it possible to author a book with a group of people, or just a general audience. Comments can be made on specific paragraphs.
