Now that I’m the owner of an iPod Touch, I feel what this author means. It has become a sport to find a free hotspot in towns of all sizes. The amount of wireless networks is amazing now a days, even in small villages in the hills of Sauerland (Germany)!

Having worked on a scenario study team, this is fun to read. Amazing how many ‘unthinkable futures’ have happened in one way or another. Connects well with the book ‘the Black Swan’ I’m reading at the moment

I’m still having fun with Django every now and then. It shows that Django is approaching a 1.0 release in September. Here’s another example of Django coolness.

Tim O’Reilly makes a nice connection between Ambient Intelligence and the web 2.0 trend. But it is indeed happening. One of the best examples probably the Netflix contest.
