Now that I’m the owner of an iPod Touch, I feel what this author means. It has become a sport to find a free hotspot in towns of all sizes. The amount of wireless networks is amazing now a days, even in small villages in the hills of Sauerland (Germany)!

I’m still having fun with Django every now and then. It shows that Django is approaching a 1.0 release in September. Here’s another example of Django coolness.

Fun to read, and hopefully I will someday need these tips for a very succesful website. But seriously, this scaling through BigTable really puts all the database lessons up-side-down.

Tim O’Reilly makes a nice connection between Ambient Intelligence and the web 2.0 trend. But it is indeed happening. One of the best examples probably the Netflix contest.
