Well, this is a first (I guess), an AI program is cited for unlicensed practice of law. In other words, the program was a bit to smart to pass for a mere ‘clerical tool’, made some mistakes and “sh*t hit the fan”.
OpenNMS has won a gold award at searchnetworking.com for being the best network and IT management platform. The cool thing is that it is completely open source, and beat OpenView and Tivoli.
